OverviewOur client is seeking a .NET Integration Developer to support and enhance a large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment focused on Finance and enterprise operations.
This role blends hands-on development and production support within a small, highly collaborative team. You'll be responsible for building and maintaining integrations between Oracle Fusion and third-party systems, while ensuring data accuracy, transaction reliability, and system stability-especially during critical financial month-end close cycles.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and external systems
- Support and enhance Oracle Fusion across Finance (ERP/EPM), HCM, and enterprise platforms
- Build and maintain REST APIs and data ingestion processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, transaction errors, and data issues
- Partner with business stakeholders (Finance, HR, Safety) to address data discrepancies
- Track and manage production issues and failed transaction batches (e.g., invoices)
- Collaborate with data/reporting teams to support downstream dependencies
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and integration designs
Required Qualifications- 5+ years of experience with .NET development in enterprise environments
- Strong skills in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and REST APIs
- Experience integrating with Oracle Fusion Cloud or Oracle ERP systems
- Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and failed integrations
- Experience working with Oracle databases and data workflows
- Strong collaboration skills with business stakeholders
- Comfortable in a hybrid role (development + support) within a lean team
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials (primary), plus exposure to EPM and HCM
- Understanding of finance processes and month-end close cycles
- Experience with reporting tools such as OTBI or BI
- Familiarity with audit controls and change management
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
Nice to Have- Exposure to Oracle HCM integrations/workflows
- Experience in enterprise environments with parent company oversight
- Background in transaction-heavy or logistics-driven systems
