We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation / Sales Compensation.

Key Skills:
• Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation configuration and implementation
• Compensation plans, plan components, crediting and earnings
• Participant assignments and commission calculations
• Integration and testing experience
• Ability to provide product demos and work directly with business stakeholders
• Experience estimating effort for new compensation plans and enhancements

Candidates with only Oracle HCM Workforce Compensation experience may not be a fit unless they also have direct Oracle Incentive Compensation experience.
