Summary
Summary:
We re seeking a junior analytics professional to turn healthcare claims data into clear, actionable insights and support our A/B testing program. You ll use SQL and Python plus some R to prepare datasets, build reliable metrics, and run statistically sound analyses. You ll partner closely with product and operations to evaluate experiments, track claims performance, and deliver dashboards that drive decisions. Experience with PHI and HIPAAcompliant workflows is nice to have.
Qualifications:
- 0 2(3) years in data analytics or similar.
- Strong SQL
- Python for data wrangling and statistical testing
- Basic R familiarity (tidyverse or base R) for statistical workflows.
- Understanding of claims data concepts (e.g., member/provider, claim header vs. line, codes).
- A/B testing foundations (hypothesis, randomization, sample sizing, pvalues, confidence intervals).
- Experience in at least one cloud warehouse, ideally Google Cloud Platform
