Summary

LSI Staffing is looking for an experience food production worker for one of our clients in the Carrollton area. The ideal candidate would have at least 1 year of food production experience, familiarity of FDA Safety regulations, and ability to lift 50-75lbs repeatedly. Duties:
  • Follow procedures in specification sheets to ensure correct ingredients are used.
  • Read document and batch sheets.
  • Follow production guidelines.
  • Operate control panels.
  • Understanding weight and mixing
  • Other tasks as assigned.
Key Competencies:
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs continually.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time without restriction.
  • Must always work well with others.
  • Excellent hand and eye coordination
Shift and Pay Rate:
  • 1st shift- Sunday-Tuesday 6:00am-6:00pm and Wednesday 6:00am-12:00pm $16/hr
  • 3rd shift- M-Thur 6:00pm-6:00am $18/hr
