About the Role
\\n
We're looking for a
Full Stack / AI Engineer to join our team and help build the intelligence layer of modern manufacturing.
\\n
This is a
zero-to-one role where you'll take ownership of large, ambiguous problem areas and turn ideas into production-ready AI products used every day by sales teams, operators, and plant managers.
\\n
You'll work across the entire product stack-from frontend and backend development to AI agents, integrations, infrastructure, and product design.
\\n
\\n
What You'll Work On
\\n
In your first 30 days, you may:
\\n
\\n - Visit a customer plant or office to understand existing workflows and translate real-world challenges into product requirements.
\\n - Build end-to-end AI agents for complex workflows such as quoting, pricing, inventory management, procurement, and scheduling.
\\n - Design and develop integrations with ERP and CRM systems.
\\n - Prototype new product features, test them with real customers, and iterate based on feedback.
\\n - Design simple, intuitive, and high-impact product experiences.
\\n - Build core product features across both frontend and backend.
\\n - Develop infrastructure that keeps AI agents reliable, scalable, and production-ready.
\\n - Evaluate and deploy new AI capabilities and models.
\\n
\\n
\\n
What We're Looking For
\\n
We're looking for someone who:
\\n
\\n - Has strong full-stack engineering skills and is comfortable working across frontend, backend, data, and AI.
\\n - Can take ownership of a problem from idea ? prototype ? production.
\\n - Enjoys operating in ambiguous environments and figuring things out independently.
\\n - Has strong product instincts and can think like an engineer, product manager, designer, and data engineer when needed.
\\n - Is comfortable getting deep into technical problems while also knowing when to leverage AI-assisted development tools to move quickly.
\\n - Can explain complex technical systems clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
\\n - Is highly collaborative, curious, and motivated by building products that solve real-world problems.
\\n - Is based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
\\n - Is comfortable working in person and believes that sometimes the best solutions come from sitting together at a whiteboard.
\\n
\\n
\\n
Our Tech Stack
\\n
We keep our stack focused and practical so we can move quickly:
\\n
\\n - TypeScript
\\n - Next.js
\\n - React
\\n - LLM-powered applications and AI agents
\\n - OpenAI, Gemini, and Anthropic models
\\n
\\n
\\n
We choose the right model and technology for each use case rather than forcing everything into a single approach.
\\n
\\n
Why Join Us?
\\n
\\n - True ownership over core architecture and product decisions.
\\n - The opportunity to make an immediate impact in global manufacturing environments.
\\n - A chance to work directly with real customers and real operational challenges.
\\n - Direct collaboration with founders who bring deep industry and domain expertise.
\\n - The opportunity to help shape our engineering culture, product, and company traditions.
