One Source Construction LLC is a Massachusetts-based general contractor specializing in public and commercial projects. We operate in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment where accuracy, documentation, and accountability are critical.
We are looking for a hands-on Construction Superintendent who can take ownership of field operations and run projects with minimal oversight. We value superintendents who can think ahead, solve problems independently, and keep projects moving without constant direction.
Position Overview This role is ideal for a superintendent who wants to take full ownership of their projects-not just follow instructions. You will be trusted to run the job, manage subcontractors, and make decisions in the field while working directly with company leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Take full ownership of day-to-day field operations
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, and site coordination
- Identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule or budget
- Maintain jobsite safety and enforce compliance standards
- Review plans, specifications, and proactively address discrepancies
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, and project documentation using Procore
- Communicate effectively with project managers and leadership
What Success Looks Like- Projects run on schedule with minimal escalation
- Strong control of subcontractors and jobsite activity
- Issues identified early and resolved proactively
- Clear and consistent communication with the team
QualificationsRequired Minimum 5 years experience as a Superintendent in construction industry
Construction Supervisor License - Massachusetts
(REQUIRED)
OSHA Certified 30 Hour
(REQUIRED)
Drivers License (REQUIRED)
Pass Background Check
Must be able to lift 80+ lbs
Must be able to follow company's dress code

Compensation & Benefits- $100,000 - $120,000 (depending on experience)

Schedule- Schedule varies based on project needs. While most work is during standard hours, some projects may require early mornings, evenings, or weekend work.
The pay range for this role is:100,000 - 120,000 USD per year(Boston, MA)
