Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using modern programming languages, frameworks, databases, and web technologies.
- Translate business and technical requirements into high-quality, scalable code while performing unit testing, accessibility testing, and defect resolution.
- Participate in code reviews, Agile development activities, estimation, and continuous integration to ensure software quality and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application enhancements, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain technical documentation.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in Java-based full-stack application development with expertise in enterprise software development, database technologies, web applications, and Agile software delivery.

|
Technical Skills
|
Java, J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, Oracle Database, Responsive Web Development
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile Development, Code Review, Application Development, Requirements Analysis, Defect Management
|
|
Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

|
Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterprise Java frameworks, content management platforms, and application servers.
- Experience with application lifecycle management tools, CI/CD practices, and collaborative software development.
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in complex enterprise environments.
