SAP EWM Consultant Travel to North Dakota every alternate week Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EWM Expert / Supply Chain SME to lead solution design, functional consulting, and integration across SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain and SAP Ariba modules. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders and drive end-to-end SAP supply chain transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP EWM, providing best-practice guidance and functional leadership.
• Lead solution design and blueprinting for end-to-end supply chain processes using SAP standard functionality.
• Design and support solutions across SAP modules including:
  • SAP S/4HANA / ECC: MM, SD, PP, WM, EWM, TM
  • SAP Ariba: Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, Invoicing, Guided Buying, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance
• Provide functional leadership on integration scenarios between SAP Ariba and SAP S/4HANA/ECC.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document complex requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Guide and validate system configuration and functional design, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Identify and resolve complex system and business issues; recommend process improvements and optimizations.
• Participate in full project lifecycle activities including design, build, SIT, UAT, deployment, training, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Master Data, ABAP, Integration, Testing, and OCM.
• Create and maintain functional documentation such as design documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Supply Chain functional consulting or SME roles.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP MM, SD, and PP.
• 3 5+ years of experience with SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Buying, Guided Buying, Supplier Management).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred; ECC experience acceptable.
• Hands-on experience in 2 3+ full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Solid understanding of SAP Ariba SAP S/4HANA/ECC integrations.

Technical & Functional Skills

• Expert-level configuration knowledge in SAP MM, SD, PP, and EWM.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Production processes.
• Hands-on experience with Ariba configuration, templates, and integrations.
• Ability to read and understand ABAP code for troubleshooting (nice to have).
• Experience writing WRICEF functional specifications.
