Job Summary We're searching for a skilled Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our organization's network infrastructure. The Network Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless connectivity, security, and performance across our networks. This position demands a deep understanding of networking principles, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to optimizing network efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and deploy local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN) and related components.
Install, maintain, and upgrade network hardware, software, and equipment.
Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define network requirements for projects.
Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations and changes.
Assist in capacity planning and network expansion projects.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in networking.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Network Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a Network Engineer or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, routing, and switching.
Experience with network equipment from vendors like Cisco, Juniper, etc.
Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
Strong understanding of network security principles.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, etc.) are a plus.
