Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant O2C / Receivables

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Oracle Receivables (AR).

The ideal candidate will be primarily strong on the functional side, with sufficient technical understanding to work effectively with technical, integration and reporting teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Oracle Fusion Financials, with a primary focus on Oracle Receivables and O2C.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion functional solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle Fusion Receivables functionality.
• Support end-to-end O2C processes, including invoicing, receivables, receipts, cash application and related processes.
• Perform functional troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of production issues.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation and test scenarios.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment and production support activities.
• Support data migration, validation and reconciliation activities.
• Coordinate with technical/integration teams on interfaces, integrations and reporting requirements.
• Work with business and finance stakeholders to identify process improvements and solution enhancements.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud Financials experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Receivables (AR)
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials configuration and functional support
• Strong understanding of Finance/Accounting processes
• Experience in requirements gathering, functional design and solution documentation
• Experience with SIT/UAT, production support and issue resolution
• Good understanding of Oracle data flows and integrations
• Ability to work with technical/integration teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
