About the Job- We are looking for an experienced SAP PS Finance Lead to join one of our enterprise client engagements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP PS, SAP S/4HANA along with experience working in fast-paced enterprise environments.
Role Summary:
- As the Project Systems Finance (PS) Lead, you will play a key role in designing and delivering scalable SAP solutions that align with business objectives.
- You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into effective SAP PS solutions.
- The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS), Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Make-to-Order (MTO), and Project Costing (PS-PC).
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC is required, while exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, validation, and deployment of SAP PS solutions aligned with business needs and transformation goals.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and drive solution decisions.
- Configure and support SAP Project Systems (PS) for Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes, including:
- Project planning and costing
- Budgeting and cost control
- Work in Process (WIP)
- Settlement processes
- Revenue recognition methods (using Result Analysis Key)
- RAR (Optional)
- Controlling knowledge (Optional)
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Extensive hands-on experience in SAP Project Systems (PS).
- Proven expertise in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) business processes.
- Strong experience with Project Costing (CO-PC) and Revenue Recognition using Result Analysis.
- Experience working in complex global manufacturing environments is preferred.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Ability to lead teams, influence decision-making, and collaborate effectively across business and IT organizations.
- Provide functional leadership, ensure solution governance and quality standards, and support successful project delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle.
