Hybrid in Richmond, VA

Our client seeks a Senior PM to lead complex initiatives across procurement and finance domains. The consultant will set strategic direction, structure plans in dynamic environments, drive execution, and communicate status to senior leadership. The role requires strong stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and effective cross-functional partnership. Contract only. Job continuity will be prioritized.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $62.00 to $68.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Lead moderate to large complex projects and programs while providing strategic direction.
  • Design, develop, and manage project plans in a complex dynamic environment and revise as requirements change.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation to mitigate risk and deliver on time.
  • Apply problem solving and influencing skills to achieve intended outcomes.
  • Partner cross-functionally to drive project delivery with strategic and tactical thought partnership.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders to meet commitments.
  • Influence effectively to drive project and program efforts.
  • Create slides and present status updates to senior leadership.

Experience Requirements:
  • At least 7 years of project management experience.
  • Experience in procurement and/or finance industry.
  • Experience with acquisitions and divestitures.
  • Proficiency with Google Slides, Sheets, Docs or Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Proven track record implementing structure in dynamic complex environments.
  • Excellent communication and partnership skills with stakeholders at all levels.
