Baer is looking for SAP Basis Support Consultant for a 6 month remote project
Title: SAP Basis Support Consultant
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)

Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Overview:
We are seeking a SAP Basis Support Consultant to provide day-to-day SAP Basis administration and technical support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for system monitoring, incident resolution, user administration, transport management, and ensuring the stability and performance of SAP environments.
Description:

• Monitor SAP systems to ensure performance, availability, and system health.
• Respond to and resolve SAP Basis incidents, issues, and service requests.
• Perform user and authorization administration.
• Execute and manage SAP transports across system landscapes.
• Perform routine system maintenance and technical troubleshooting.
• Document incidents, maintenance activities, and support procedures.
• Escalate complex technical issues when required and coordinate with technical teams.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and other Basis administrative activities.
• Maintain accurate support records and technical documentation.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration and support.
• Strong knowledge of SAP system monitoring, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with user and authorization management.
• Hands-on experience managing SAP transports and system maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with incident management and technical support processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's Degree
