Overview We are seeking a skilled .NET/SAP Integrations Developer to join an experienced engineering team within an established, employee-owned technology distribution firm. This strategic role focuses on the technical design, development, and support of solutions that integrate a core SAP ERP platform with various internal and external systems. As a key contributor to the application portfolio, the successful candidate will play a vital part in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability across a large-scale enterprise environment.
Job Responsibilities - Design and develop efficient, scalable integration solutions that adhere to established team and enterprise standards.
- Engage actively in all SDLC phases, including requirements gathering, design reviews, code development, and unit testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to perform integrated performance testing and ensure smooth operational hand-offs.
- Provide post-production support and user assistance to maintain the stability of the integration landscape.
- Facilitate the connection between SAP S/4HANA and various third-party applications or internal legacy systems.
- Document technical specifications and architectural diagrams to support long-term system maintenance and knowledge sharing.
- Manage project tasks independently or as a collaborative member of a high-performing development squad.
Qualification Requirements - Seven or more years of professional experience as a full-stack developer within a large-scale enterprise environment.
- Deep technical knowledge of the contemporary .NET development stack and modern software architectures.
- Strong command of Object-Oriented and Functional Design Patterns, S.O.L.I.D. principles, and distributed systems.
- Proven expertise in API design and security, specifically regarding OpenAPI specifications, OAuth, and API Gateway management.
- Advanced understanding of database technologies, including MS SQL Server and NoSQL solutions such as Redis, Elasticsearch, or MongoDB.
- Practical experience with middleware technologies and message brokers like RabbitMQ.
- Significant experience or highly preferred knowledge involving SAP technologies, specifically SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP APIs.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate parallel computing challenges and complex data integration scenarios.
- Prior experience within the wholesale or distribution industry is considered a valuable asset.
Education - A four-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely related field of study is required.
