Ensure staffing levels support production schedules and on-time delivery (OTD) targets.

Conduct daily stand-ups, assign work, and communicate production priorities.

Monitor test floor discipline, ESD compliance, and safe handling of RF assemblies.

Test Process Oversight

Oversee execution of RF, digital, and mixed-signal test procedures for PCA and module-level assemblies.

Ensure all testing follows established IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and ISO9001/AS9100 standards.

Review and approve test reports, yield data, and failure documentation.

Escalate non-conforming results and coordinate with Quality and Engineering.

Continuous Improvement & Engineering Support

Partner with Test Engineering to refine test limits, scripts, fixtures, and test plans.

Lead root-cause investigations using tools such as 5-Why, Ishikawa, Pareto, DFMEA/PFMEA.

Implement improvements to reduce retest rate, improve yields, and shorten cycle time.

Support NPI test readiness, including procedure development and technician training.

Equipment & Documentation Management

Ensure calibration and operational status of RF test equipment.

Maintain accurate MES/ERP test logs, calibration records, and NCR documentation.

Ensure work instructions and test procedures are current and accessible.
