Role Overview
We are looking for a Junior Business Process Analyst to help review and improve the way business operations are carried out. In this role, you will work with different teams to understand current processes, gather information, and support efforts to make those processes more efficient. You will also assist in documenting workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and helping the team implement better ways of working. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys analysing how things work and finding practical ways to make them better.
Responsibilities
• Work with team members to understand existing business processes and daily operations.
• Collect and organize information related to workflows and procedures.
• Assist in documenting business processes, process maps, and related reports.
• Help identify areas where processes can be improved or simplified.
• Support discussions with different departments to gather feedback and suggestions.
• Assist the team in implementing process improvements when required.
• Participate in meetings and help track progress on process-related tasks.
• Ensure that documentation is updated when processes change.
Qualifications
· Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
· 0-2 years of experience or relevant internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
· Basic understanding of business operations and process improvement.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Ability to communicate clearly with different teams.
· Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks when needed.
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
