Job Title: Business Analyst
Client: Commonwealth of PA.
Duration: 06 Months
Note: Thiss is aan onsite role.
Tasks & Duties:
- Serves as a Business Analyst responsible for developing structured documentation that supports project governance, requirements clarity, and delivery transparency.
- Elicits, analyzes, and documents business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develops Statements of Work (SOW), project charters, and other scope-defining documentation.
- Produces structured requirements artifacts including business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Documents current-state and future-state business processes using workflow diagrams and process documentation.
- Maintains requirements traceability to ensure alignment between documented requirements, solution design, testing, and delivered functionality.
- Develops acceptance criteria and supports User Acceptance Testing documentation to validate that solutions meet defined requirements.
- Prepares project artifacts including meeting summaries, decision logs, and stakeholder documentation.
- Collaborates with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
Required Skills:

- Experience Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams
- Experience Developing Statements of Work (SOW), project charters, and other scope-defining documentation
- Experience producing structured requirements artifacts including business requirements, use cases, and functional specifications
- Experience Documenting current-state and future-state business processes using workflow diagrams and process documentation.
- Experience maintaining requirements traceability to ensure alignment between documented requirements, solution design, testing, and delivered function
- Experience developing acceptance criteria and supports User Acceptance Testing documentation to validate that solutions meet defined requirements.
- Experience Preparing project artifacts including meeting summaries, decision logs, and stakeholder documentation.
- Experience Collaborating with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
- Experience Maintaining organized documentation repositories to support transparency, knowledge management, and audit readiness.
