Business Analyst

Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Tempe, Arizona. In this long-term contract role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing business processes, enhancing customer service operations, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed business analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
Collaborate with call center teams to enhance customer service operations and streamline workflows.
Review and analyze documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with organizational standards.
Work within Agile Scrum frameworks to prioritize tasks and deliver projects efficiently.
Perform gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current and desired business processes.
Utilize tools such as BlackLine to support financial reconciliation and reporting activities.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders across various departments.
Develop and maintain comprehensive reports to track progress and measure success.
Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and address challenges.
Ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience in business analysis, preferably within the retail industry.
Strong knowledge of call center operations and customer service strategies.
Expertise in reviewing and analyzing documentation for accuracy and compliance.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and ability to work in iterative cycles.
Proficiency in conducting gap analyses to support process improvement.
Hands-on experience with BlackLine or similar financial tools.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and report presentation.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
