Job Description:

They need to have a LinkedIn. They need to have PeopleSoft in the last 3 years. The RPA/CAI is a nice to have.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 7+ years of hands-on, end-to-end project management experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives. This is a pure PM role (no dual Project/Program Manager or Team Lead titles preferred) supporting critical projects within Higher Education/PeopleSoft, including Workforce Administration (WFA), ePerformance, and related HR/Finance modules.



Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years as a lead Project Manager owning projects from initiation through delivery
  • Strong experience managing SDLC projects and producing detailed project plans, RAID logs, timelines, and executive status reporting
  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, drive accountability, mitigate risks, and escalate issues appropriately
  • Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders
