Summary

Technical Security Analyst - Hybrid Details: Onsite 4 days/month:

 

We are seeking an experienced Technical Security Analyst to support the implementation and operational security of a new Human Resource Management and Payroll solution. The role will focus on IAM, RBAC, user provisioning/de-provisioning, security controls, risk management, and SaaS/cloud security, working closely with the PMO, SI, product vendors, and business/agency teams.

Key Responsibilities & Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of IT implementation and operational security experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IAM, RBAC, cloud/SaaS security, data security, encryption, and network security.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining security policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Experience with security risk assessments, compliance, governance, and technical controls.
  • Strong understanding of operating systems, networks, firewalls, security technologies, and access management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Define and implement end-user security roles, permissions, access controls, and provisioning/de-provisioning processes.
  • Support IAM, RBAC, SSO, Azure AD, Workday security, and user lifecycle management.
  • Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, standards, documentation, and operational playbooks.
  • Monitor security logs/reports, investigate incidents, and support remediation of security issues.
  • Partner with Risk Management, vendors, and technical teams to identify risks and implement appropriate security controls.
  • Support security configuration, data conversion, go-live activities, and day-2 operational support.
  • Use JIRA/issue management tools to track and resolve security-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with security frameworks and best practices such as NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL, and COBIT.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
