Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Line Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will oversee the lifecycle of innovative product lines, focusing on beverage dispensing technologies within the machinery manufacturing industry. You will play a key role in identifying market opportunities, driving product development, and ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining high standards of quality and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap aligned with company goals.
Lead the design and development of new products, ensuring usability, durability, and compliance with food safety standards.
Collaborate with engineering teams to refine product designs and integrate innovative technologies.
Prioritize product features based on market analysis and customer feedback.
Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product development and timely launches.
Oversee quality assurance processes, including product testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Implement competitive pricing strategies to balance profitability and market competitiveness.
Support sales and marketing teams by providing product training and developing go-to-market strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related field.
Proven expertise in managing product lifecycles, strategic planning, and category P& L.
Certification in Product Management or Project Management is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and tools such as Atlassian Jira.
Strong skills in market analysis, backlog grooming, and bug tracking.
Knowledge of commercial foodservice and beverage dispenser industries is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and introduce new products effectively.
