Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced D365 CRM Business / Systems Analyst with strong expertise in retail banking, payment systems, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into effective technical solutions for banking and payment-related projects.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for retail banking and payment processes.
Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs using Azure DevOps.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Support D365 Finance, Customer Service, and payment-related solutions.
Perform process mapping, workflow analysis, gap analysis, and process optimization.
Support integrations between Dynamics 365, core banking systems, payment gateways, APIs, and third-party applications.
Develop test scenarios and test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Prepare functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and project managers.
Ensure solutions meet applicable banking, security, regulatory, and data privacy requirements.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst.
Strong experience in the retail banking or payments domain.
3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Customer Engagement.
Strong understanding of payment systems, card processing, and banking operations.

Hands-on experience with:
Azure DevOps
User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
API Integrations
Data Migration
SQL
UAT / Functional Testing
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of Jira and Azure DevOps.
Understanding of ISO 20022, SWIFT, and ACH payment standards.
Experience with PCI DSS and banking compliance requirements.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
