Job Title: Java FS Developer with React UI, AWS & Banking Exp
Location: Minneapolis, MN. (3 - 5 days onsite/week)

Job Summary:
8+years of experience in Java Full stack development specializing in Architecture Patterns and Styles Application Architecture SOA and Microservices based Architecture

Job Description
Design and develop scalable Java applications adhering to architecture patterns and styles Implement and maintain SOA and microservices based architectures to meet business needs.
Apply object-oriented design principles and best practices in application architecture.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services.
Optimize application performance scalability and reliability in cloud native environments.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in Java Full stack development and architecture.
Contribute to defining system design strategies and architectural improvements.
Ensure adherence to enterprise standards and software engineering best practices.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of Java based microservices and SOA applications.
Manage CICD pipelines deployment processes and release management.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application and platform issues across multiple environments.
Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Collaborate with DevOps teams on monitoring logging and incident management.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers in the Java Fullstack skill cluster.
Strong hands on UI, React experience.
Ensure security best practices are integrated throughout the development lifecycle.
Participate in architectural discussions and assist in defining system design strategies.
