Seeking a Financial Data Analyst with 2 5 years of financial systems/data experience to support FP&A through OneStream administration, data automation (Alteryx/SQL), BI dashboards, and early AItool adoption. This is a builder role focused on improving data quality, streamlining workflows, and enhancing reporting across Finance.

Responsibilities

• Administer OneStream (metadata, workflows, user setup, maintenance).

• Build automated data workflows using Alteryx/SQL; ensure data integrity.

• Develop dashboards and selfservice reporting (Power BI/Tableau).

• Support forecasting, budgeting, close cycles, and consolidated reporting.

• Partner with IT and Finance COE on integrations, governance, and AI enablement.

• Improve processes, data flows, and system performance across FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field.

• 2 5 years in FP&A, financial systems, or data analytics (new grads considered).

• Experience with OneStream (preferred) or other EPM tools.

• Exposure to AI tools or strong willingness to learn.

• Strong analytical skills, automation mindset, and crossfunctional communication.
