Job Description
A Systems Software Verification Engineer job in Indianapolis, IN is currently available through Belcan at one of our key aerospace clients. To be considered for this role, you will have a BS degree in a STEM discipline and 2-5 years of relevant experience. This person would be a focal supporting other Belcan team members located in different Belcan office locations. This would be a great opportunity for someone who has proven experience leading teams in software verification.
Job Duties:
* Local focal/lead for remote software testing team
* Interface with customer and project managers
* Drive team to testing schedule and quality expectations
Required Qualifications:
* Due to the nature of the work performed, U.S. Citizenship is required.
* Experience with DO-178 Level A software development/testing standards
* Experience with Unit Test (or other low-level testing)
* Experience with code static analysis tools
* The ability to multitask and is excellent with time management.
* Has worked with testing framework
* Has experience with high level scripting such as Python
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
* Familiarity with Rapita test suite or similar type of testing environment.
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $70,000 to $90,000. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
