Title: Sr. Project Manager / Scrum Master / Team Coach
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Agility Coach / Sr. Scrum Master to support Agile Teams and ARTs in delivering business value within a SAFe 6.0 enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coach Agile teams toward higher maturity and self-organization

Facilitate Scrum & SAFe events (PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Retros, I&A)

Drive flow, OKRs, built-in quality, and continuous improvement

Support ART cadence, cross-team collaboration & dependency management

Partner with Product Owner to maximize solution value

Coach stakeholders and non-Agile teams on SAFe adoption

Foster high-performing, transparent, and trust-based team culture

Required:

5+ years as Scrum Master/Team Coach in large enterprise

Strong SAFe experience (PI Planning, ART, IP Iteration, Flow metrics)

SAFe 6.0 Scrum Master Certification (Mandatory)

Expert in Jira, Confluence, Jira Align, FigJam

Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

SAFe SASM / SPC / SA / RTE 6.0

CSM, ICAgile certifications

SAFe Studio experience
