Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Developer to join our team in building a new API Gateway Platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing self-service tools and abstractions for onboarding new APIs, as well as expertise in configuration management using GitOps. Familiarity with Envoy based Gateways is highly desirable. If you have a passion for innovation and a desire to work in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop new Envoy Based API Gateway Platform, focusing on seamless onboarding of new APIs.

·       Create self-service tools to enhance the developer experience.

·       Implement configuration management practices using GitOps methodologies.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration needs and align on API requirements.

·       Optimize and maintain the platform for performance, scalability, and reliability.

·       Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications:

·       Proficient in Java and experience with React.

·       Familiarity with Kubernetes and container orchestration.

·       Experience with GitOps practices and tools for configuration management.

·       Knowledge and experience with Envoy based Gateways.

·       Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

·       Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

·       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

·       Understanding of API design principles and best practices.

·       Experience with cloud-based solutions and microservices architecture.
