Position: Front End Web Designer/Developer 2

Job Description: Seeking a front-end designer/developer to support UX design and frontend development for enterprise web apps and sites. The role focuses on building accessible UI components, ensuring consistency across solutions, and enabling timely business processes. On the first day, the candidate must come on-site to collect equipment. Local to the Triangle region is required, with occasional on-site attendance as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and refresh web UI prototypes
• Build accessible HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript for CMS and enterprise products
• Collaborate across teams to ensure UI consistency
• Deliver training/webinars for business users on apps/sites/tools
• Support accessibility and performance across web solutions

Required/Desired Skills

• JavaScript and TypeScript proficiency (5 years)
• Vue.js (3 years)
• Vite (3 years, desired)
• State management with signals or reactive stores (4 years)
• Web performance optimization (3 years)
• Design systems and component library architecture (3 years, desired)
• Accessibility (WCAG 2.2+) best practices (3 years)
• User experience design (3 years)
• Integration with SAP, ServiceNow, SharePoint, etc. (4 years)
• AI-assisted development and workflow automation (1 year)
• Website accessibility testing (4 years)
• Semantic HTML structure and accessibility foundations (5 years)
• Modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, theming, variables) (5 years)
