Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced UKG Technical Lead with deep expertise in UKG Workforce Management (WFM Pro) and hands-on experience with UKG Boomi integrations. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership for UKG implementations, enhancements, and integrations while mentoring team members and collaborating with business stakeholders.

Important: Candidates must have direct experience using UKG Boomi within the UKG ecosystem. Experience with UKG and standalone Dell Boomi is not sufficient.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, configuration, and support of UKG Workforce Management (WFM Pro) solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations using UKG Boomi.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable UKG solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, analysts, and support teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex UKG WFM and integration issues.
Support system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and deployments.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and support procedures.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security requirements, and best practices.
Participate in project planning, solution architecture, and implementation activities.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of experience with UKG/Kronos Workforce Management solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with UKG WFM Pro (Workforce Management Pro).
Proven experience with UKG Boomi integrations within the UKG platform.
Experience with Timekeeping, Scheduling, Attendance, Absence Management, and Workforce Management processes.
Strong understanding of API, file-based, and system integration methodologies.
Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior resources.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with UKG Workforce Dimensions (WFD) or other UKG Workforce Management platforms.
Experience integrating UKG with HR, Payroll, ERP, or third-party applications.
Previous experience in large enterprise environments.
UKG certifications are a plus.
