RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a PC Tech in Cerritos, CA.

Summary:
In this role, you will provide technical support to employees across corporate offices and remote locations, including assistance with laptops, desktops, virtual desktop environments (VDI), mobile devices, and business applications. Responsibilities include researching and resolving complex technical issues, gathering requirements and technical specifications, installing and configuring hardware and software, and testing systems and peripheral devices. You will ensure all support activities are performed in accordance with established IT standards, procedures, and service-level expectations.

Responsibilities:
* Provide end-user support for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and usability of computers, mobile devices, peripheral equipment, software applications, and audiovisual technology
* Partner with third-party vendors and technology providers to troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and infrastructure-related issues
* Collaborate with business and operational teams to evaluate, test, deploy, and support standard technology solutions that align with organizational needs and workflows
* Perform equipment moves, additions, changes, and relocations as required
* Mentor and train IT support personnel to enhance technical knowledge, service delivery, and overall team effectiveness
* Manage assigned projects in coordination with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely execution, clear communication, and regular status updates to stakeholders
* Serve as a key point of contact for executive support needs, proactively identifying and addressing critical technology requirements
* Deliver high-touch technical support to senior leaders, maintaining professionalism, discretion, and a strong customer-service focus
* Participate in after-hours or on-call support activities as needed to ensure business continuity and rapid resolution of urgent issues

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
