Instructional Designer (PeopleSoft Financials ERP System)

Trigyn's direct government client in Austin, Texas has a requirement for an Instructional Designer. The particulars of the opportunity are below:

Description:
The client is seeking experienced instructional designer to develop training curricula and content for a PeopleSoft Financials ERP system. This role involves delivering training through a variety of mediums: onsite, remote, and asynchronously via e-learning. The ideal candidate will thrive in a large, collaborative remote team environment and demonstrate a strong aptitude for Agile, incremental, and iterative delivery methods.

Job Duties:
? Design and implement a comprehensive training program tailored to a specific financial business area.
? Develop accessibility-compliant, role-based content from the ground up, actively participating in system design discussions and testing activities to ensure accuracy and relevance.
? Produce clear, user-friendly guides and training materials that enhance learner understanding and retention.
? Facilitate effective instructor-led and web-based training sessions for both trainers and end users.
? Manage and update the training SharePoint site to ensure resources are current and easily accessible.
? Other duties as assigned.

Mandatory Qualifications:
? Developing a training program for ERP systems
? Developing accessibility-compliant training content
? At least 4 years Hands-on experience working with eLearning software
? At least 4 years Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system
? At least 4 years' Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
? At least 2 years' Experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with a large team
? At least 2 years' Experience in maintaining and updating SharePoint sites
? Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
? Experience with Jira.
