Key Responsibilities
1. Guidewire Billing Functional Expertise
Work extensively on Guidewire BillingCenter
Understand:
o Billing workflows
o Payment plans
o Invoicing
o Delinquency
o Collections
o Refunds
o Account management
Provide functional solutions to business problems
2. Client Interaction
Conduct 1:1 discussions with clients
Explain:
o Guidewire features
o Billing workflows
o System behavior
Gather business requirements
Translate business needs into functional solutions
This is highly client-facing.
3. Defect Triage
Analyze production/UAT defects
Identify:
o Root cause
o Severity
o Business impact
Coordinate with developers/testing teams
Prioritize fixes
4. Impact Analysis
5. Estimation Oversight
6. UAT Support
Required Skills

Strong experience in:
o Guidewire BillingCenter
o Insurance billing domain
Functional leadership experience
