Job Title: IBM Sterling WMS Integration Consultant
Location: Remote (USA)
Duration: 6 months contract
 
Job description:

We are looking for an experienced IBM Sterling WMS Integration Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in warehouse management and B2B integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Sterling solutions, EDI standards, and integrating warehouse systems with enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and support IBM Sterling WMS

  • Design and implement integrations using IBM Sterling Integrator / B2B Integrator

  • Develop and maintain EDI maps using Sterling Map Editor

  • Work with EDI standards such as ANSI X12 and EDIFACT

  • Build and support web services, APIs, and message-based integrations

  • Model and implement business processes in Sterling Integrator

  • Troubleshoot integration and data issues using databases and logs

  • Collaborate with functional teams to support warehouse and supply chain operations

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling WMS (8.x or higher)

  • Experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator / Sterling Integrator

  • Knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT)

  • Experience building maps using Sterling Map Editor

  • Understanding of warehouse management and supply chain processes

  • Experience working with web services, APIs, and message queues

  • Database knowledge (Oracle, DB2, or SQL Server) for troubleshooting and validation

  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix command-line environments
