Network Engineer

• Network Management: Design, implement, and support LAN/WAN, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments both remotely and on-site.
• Project Leadership: Lead technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring all timelines and client expectations are met.
• Client Advisory: Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, conducting network assessments, compliance reviews, and developing strategic IT plans.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with team members to meet client needs and contribute to evolving the firm's service offerings and process improvements.
• Operational Support: Meet billable hour targets and provide after-hours emergency support or planned maintenance as required.

What You Must Have

• Experience: A minimum of five years working in a Microsoft Server Environment and managing SMB business network environments.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Education/Certification: Associate degree in Computer Networking (or equivalent experience); Microsoft server/M365 certifications are preferred or required shortly after hiring.
• Mobility: A valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for regular travel to CT-based client locations.
