We are seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer Access Management to design, build, and integrate AI capabilities into Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms. This role focuses on enhancing access decisions, certification quality, governance workflows, and embedding AI-driven decision intelligence into enterprise access management systems.

Required Skills:

• 12+ years of software engineering experience

• Strong Python programming for data processing, feature engineering, and automation

• Solid SQL and experience building complex data pipelines

• Experience working with identity, entitlement, and usage data

• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar orchestration frameworks

• Experience developing multi-step AI workflows (Reason Retrieve Decide Act)

• Strong understanding of API integrations, function calling, and tool-based AI architectures

• Experience building AI classification models, scoring models, recommendation systems, and decision intelligence solutions

• Expertise integrating AI workflows into enterprise applications

• Experience embedding AI decision logic into business workflows

• Strong knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Enhance access request, certification, and lifecycle management processes
