Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead Developer with strong hands-on Salesforce development experience, Financial Services Cloud expertise, and banking domain knowledge. The ideal candidate should have experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions for banking digital transformation programs, including customer onboarding, KYC, lending workflows, Customer 360, Data Cloud/Data 360, Agentforce AI, and Omni-Channel.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Salesforce design and development using Apex, LWC, Lightning, and APIs.
Implement Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions for banking use cases such as Customer 360, onboarding, KYC, lending, and customer data management.
Build unified customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360.
Develop AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Agentforce, Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, and Einstein AI.
Configure Omni-Channel routing, messaging, queues, skills, and agent capacity.
Design REST/SOAP API integrations across enterprise systems.
Lead code reviews, technical design discussions, delivery execution, and best practices.
Work closely with stakeholders, architects, business teams, and offshore/onshore development teams.
Ensure scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions for banking and financial services programs.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, Lightning, SOQL, triggers, and Salesforce APIs.
Mandatory experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Strong banking domain experience in retail banking, lending, customer onboarding, KYC, AML, mortgage, or financial services.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 / Salesforce CDP.
Experience with Agentforce, Agent Builder, Prompt Builder, Einstein AI, or Salesforce AI capabilities.
Experience with Omni-Channel routing, messaging, queues, agent capacity, chat, voice, or Service Cloud routing.
Strong REST/SOAP integration experience.
Ability to lead technical teams and deliver hands-on Salesforce solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
MuleSoft or enterprise integration experience.
CI/CD experience using Copado, Gearset, AutoRABIT, Jenkins, GitHub, or similar tools.
Salesforce security, compliance, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and data access experience.
Experience in banking digital transformation programs.
Preferred Certifications
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II.
Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional.
Salesforce Data Cloud certification.
Salesforce AI or Einstein certification.
Important Notes
Only candidates with Banking domain, Financial Services Cloud, hands-on Salesforce development, Data Cloud/Data 360, and AI/Agentforce experience will be considered.
Candidate must be comfortable working onsite in Tysons, VA.
