Description:

The SFTP Administrator will be responsible for the secure operation, administration, and support of enterprise SFTP/MFT platforms used for internal and external file exchanges with business partners and applications.

Administer and support SFTP/MFT platforms (e.g., Axway SecureTransport, WS_FTP, FileZilla, WinSCP, or equivalent)
Create and manage SFTP users, access, folders, and permissions
Configure and monitor inbound and outbound file transfers
Support patching, upgrades, and certificate/key renewals
Maintain basic documentation, SOPs, and runbooks

Required Skills

Hands-on experience with SFTP / FTP / FTPS
Experience administering Managed File Transfer platforms
Working knowledge of Linux/UNIX and Windows servers
Understanding of SSH, encryption, networking, and firewalls
Experience in ITIL-based support environments
