Requirements Gathering & Solution Design: Lead workshops to capture client requirements for time recording, absence management, overtime calculations, shift planning, and holiday calendars, then translate these into robust SAP Time Management solutions - Configure time evaluation schemas, rules (PE01/PE02), time types, quotas, work schedules, public holiday calendars, and attendance/absence counting mechanisms - Ensure seamless integration between Time Management and Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and external time capture systems - Drive comprehensive testing strategies including SIT, UAT, and payroll parallel runs while reconciling variances between Time and Payroll systems - Proficiency in Time Management (PT), Payroll (PY), Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM) integration - Experience with SAP Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS), third-party time recording solutions, and interface management between SAP and external systems
