Job Description:
You'll manage the agency's enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) ecosystem for the length of the contract. The work covers building a centralized identity provider with SAML 2.0 and OIDC for SSO and MFA, automating identity lifecycle workflows, onboarding applications through REST APIs, and setting up Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a centralized identity provider framework (SAML 2.0 / OIDC) for SSO and MFA
• Build identity lifecycle workflows
• Onboard and integrate applications with IAM via REST APIs
• Design RBAC models and run certification campaigns
• Integrate IAM across platforms and support IGA, Access Management and Privileged Access services
• Work with security and IT teams to keep IAM practices consistent
• Evaluate IAM technologies and maintain technical documentation
• Support Directory services, IAM services, servers and databases

Required

• 8+ yrs: IAM platform governance, engineering, lifecycle automation and scripting
• 8+ yrs: Application onboarding and integrating business apps with IAM systems
• 5+ yrs: RBAC design, separation of duties, certification campaigns
• 5+ yrs: Managing a centralized IdP and configuring SSO/MFA
• 3+ yrs: SailPoint Identity Security Cloud, including:
  • User access reviews
  • Application integrations
• 3+ yrs: Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• 3+ yrs: Automating provisioning and reporting with PowerShell and Python
