Job Description: In this role, you will act as a technical visionary, architecting enterprise-grade UI platforms that leverage the latest in Generative AI. You will move beyond standard frontend patterns to design AI-inference-aware systems, focusing on latency-sensitive rendering and streaming responses for AI-powered assistants and copilots. This position requires a leader who can define the technical strategy for intelligent design systems while ensuring compliance, accessibility, and high-performance SSR execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, high-performance UI platforms and establish enterprise-wide architectural standards, coding guidelines, and modular patterns.
- AI Platform Strategy: Define and implement AI-augmented UI architectures, integrating LLMs and GenAI services into customer-facing digital tools.
- Intelligent UI Design: Architect AI-inference-aware systems, handling streaming responses, conversational interfaces, and adaptive, personalized user journeys.
- Modern Framework Mastery: Drive technical decisions using Remix or Next.js, focusing on Server-Side Rendering (SSR), routing optimization, and browser performance.
- GenAI Ecosystem: Partner with Data Science and ML Engineering to deliver compliant and scalable UI solutions, leveraging Prompt Engineering and AI-driven telemetry.
- Platform Enablement: Build and maintain frontend platform services using Node.js, AWS, and headless CMS platforms like Sitecore.
- DevOps & Quality: Establish robust CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions with automated quality gates to ensure elite-level deployment standards.
- Mentorship: Guide cross-functional development teams on framework usage, responsible AI considerations, and implementation best practices.
Must-Have Technical Skills:
- Frontend Architecture: 5+ years of enterprise React experience and 2+ years of Next.js or Remix (SSR/Routing).
- AI/ML Integration: Hands-on experience developing with LLMs and Generative AI services.
- Intelligent Design: Knowledge of Prompt Engineering, streaming UI patterns, and AI-driven design systems.
- Web Fundamentals: Strong command of TypeScript, accessibility (A11y), security, and browser performance optimization.
- Cloud & DevOps: Working knowledge of AWS services and automated delivery pipelines.
