Junior Accountant
Junior Accountants shall provide analytical and administrative support for reviews, reconciliations, and documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
Familiarity with Federal cost principles or willingness to learn 2 CFR Part 200 requirements.
Ability to perform data analysis, reconciliations, and documentation support with attention to detail.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

General Requirements (All Labor Categories):

Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
Ability to work in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
Experience supporting cost and financial transparency & maintaining documentation sufficient for Federal review.
Ability to obtain and maintain required HHS security clearance/credentials.
