  • Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of software quality and development processes.
  • Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and component-level testing.
  • Support software quality initiatives through static and dynamic analysis, code coverage, defect management, and CI/CD practices.
  • Create and maintain software engineering documentation in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate technical progress, project risks, and design decisions effectively to team members and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and software engineering principles.
  • Experience working within Agile software development environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience joining projects mid-stream and rapidly becoming productive within existing teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Qt/QML, Linux, and/or Docker.
  • Knowledge of full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code coverage, static analysis, and defect tracking tools.
