Job Title: Lead DataStage Integration Support Engineer

We are looking for Lead DataStage Integration Support Engineer - Culver City, CA
Location: Culver City, CA (4 days onsite)
Experience: 8–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end DataStage ETL platform (development, administration, and support).
- Lead and mentor a team of DataStage support engineers.
- Design, develop, and enhance ETL jobs and workflows.
- Administer DataStage (user roles, security, deployments, and migrations).
- Troubleshoot job failures across DataStage and Unix environments.
- Manage incident management, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and debug shell scripts and Python-based automation.
- Manage Control-M (job monitoring, failure handling, scheduling, agent upgrades).
- Configure SAP/Unix jobs, calendars, and workload policies.
- Support Gentran (maps, mailboxes, FTP scripts, Java programs, SQL procedures).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors for issue resolution.
Mandatory Skills:
- 8–10 years of experience in IBM DataStage (Development + Admin).
- Strong expertise in Unix/Linux, shell scripting, and cron jobs.
- Hands-on experience with Python programming.
- Strong experience with Control-M administration and scheduling.
- Solid knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle).
- Proven experience in production support, incident management, and RCA.
- Experience leading teams and handling stakeholder communication.
