Come join us! We're looking for a skilled Lead Data Architect to help our team maximize the value of enterprise data through modern analytics, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. This role is responsible for designing and delivering scalable data solutions that provide timely, accurate, and actionable insights across the organization. The ideal candidate is a technically strong problem solver who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, developing innovative solutions, and continuously improving how data is collected, managed, presented and consumed.
What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating and Maintaining Reports: Design, develop, and maintain intuitive reports and dashboards using Power BI that provide operational and executive insights. Ensure reporting solutions remain accurate, reliable, and up to date.
  • Developing and Managing Data Pipelines: Build, maintain, and optimize ETL processes to extract data from multiple enterprise systems, transform it into consistent and reliable datasets, and load it into reporting and analytics platforms.
  • Automating Workflows: Design and implement automated business processes using Power Automate and other automation technologies to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and increase data quality.
  • Building Applications: Design and develop business applications using Oracle APEX and Microsoft Power Apps to streamline operational workflows, improve user experience, and enable data-driven decision making.
  • Leveraging AI and Intelligent Automation: Evaluate and implement AI-enabled capabilities, including generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Oracle AI services, and intelligent automation tools to improve reporting, accelerate data analysis, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance user productivity.
  • Collaborating with Stakeholders: Partner with business leaders and operational teams to understand reporting and data needs, translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, and communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Driving Continuous Innovation: Identify opportunities to modernize reporting, analytics, automation, and application development by evaluating emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Oracle SQL, Oracle APEX, DAX, and enterprise data architecture. Experience integrating multiple enterprise data sources and building scalable reporting solutions is highly desired.
  • AI and Automation Mindset: Experience or familiarity with generative AI technologies, Microsoft Copilot, Oracle AI capabilities, or similar AI platforms, with the ability to identify practical opportunities to improve business processes and reporting.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You enjoy solving complex technical challenges, are persistent when troubleshooting issues, and continuously seek better ways to improve systems and processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent listening, collaboration, and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on data integrity, quality, and accuracy while delivering reliable reporting and automation solutions.
  • Leadership and Strategic Thinking: Ability to independently lead technical initiatives, influence stakeholders, and understand how data and technology support broader organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, business intelligence, analytics, SQL development, or data visualization.
  • Strong experience with Power BI, Oracle SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Oracle APEX.
  • Experience designing and supporting enterprise reporting solutions and data pipelines.
  • Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools, generative AI, or intelligent automation to improve reporting, analytics, or operational efficiency is preferred.
  • Familiarity with AI services, Codex, APIs is a plus.
  • U.S. citizenship required due to client contracts and must be based in the United States.
  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate government security clearance applicable to the position.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $126,200 to $264,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
