Job Description
Role description:
Lead programs/ program workstreams for supply chain and manufacturing technology transformation initiatives
Critical skills:
Partner with Product, Engineering, and 3rd party partners to plan and implement critical supply chain and manufacturing systems
Facilitate integrated planning across multiple workstreams
Dependency and critical‑path management
Change control discipline (scope, timeline, budget, sequencing)
Cutover and go‑live orchestration (not execution, but integration and readiness)
Key Responsibilities
Nice to haves:
Prior experience supporting projects in warehouse, transportation, yard, labor, or manufacturing operations
Familiarity with facility operations (DCs, plants, fulfillment centers), even at a conceptual level
Experience working in product‑led or hybrid agile environments
Experience delivering programs with third‑party software vendors or systems integrators
Ability to navigate vendor‑led planning while maintaining enterprise governance
Familiarity with SOW‑driven delivery models and shared accountability
Note to Vendors
Length of Contract – 6 months, but this is a multi year program - there is possibility to extend
Project person will be supporting – warehouse and transportation management, foundational system swapping
