Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Develops and maintains automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Python, Tines, and AI-enabled coding tools to streamline IAM Governance processes and reduce manual workload.
* Leverages AI-enabled platforms to identify and implement opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement across the IAM program.
* Builds and maintains integrations between identity governance platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, and CyberArk, utilizing scripting and automation to support provisioning, access reviews, and privileged access management workflows.
* Handles operational issues and drives key improvements to enhance the efficiency and scalability of IAM Governance functions.
* Conducts analyses of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of new information security technologies.
* Identifies and implements emerging data access control technologies, information systems security issues, safeguards, and techniques.
* Leads the identification of portions of the organization''s IT platform/infrastructure with the highest potential return for automation and process improvement.
