Summary

Role Name: D365 Architect

Location: PA (Hybrid 3 days/week from office)

Duration: 10 month

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in D365 (CRM and/or ERP), strong architectural skills, and the ability to align business requirements with scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.)
Translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution design
Define system integrations between D365 and other enterprise applications
Ensure best practices in scalability, performance, security, and governance
Provide technical leadership to development and functional teams
Review and approve solution design, code, and customization approaches
Drive data migration strategies and integration frameworks (APIs, middleware)
Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers
Stay updated with Microsoft roadmap, features, and emerging technologies
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide architectural guidance

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem
Strong expertise in D365 (CRM and/or Finance & Operations)
Hands-on experience with:
- Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)
- Integration patterns (REST APIs, Dataverse, middleware tools)
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and D365 SDK
Experience with solution design, data modeling, and system architecture
Strong understanding of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management)
Knowledge of security models and compliance best practices
