The Sr. Data Analyst is responsible for championing data quality accuracy and completeness through proactive initiatives and documentation, while leading the development of new processes. Key duties include providing complex analytic reporting, managing large-scale client data projects, and consulting with internal stakeholders on data solutions. The individual will also research and resolve data quality issues, act as an escalation point.
What you'll do- Advocate and lead proactive initiatives around data completeness and data quality
- Provide on-demand analytic reporting to support multiple project scopes
- Lead development of new processes and procedures. Develop and maintain any internal/external documentation, processes and tools for mapping, documentation, prevention and correction data quality issues
- Handle larger complex client data quality, implementation and/or fulfillment projects
- Provide consulting and support to clients as they work toward data solutions for existing services
- Participate in change management and recommend improvements
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Research and identify data quality issues reported
- Serve as the initial point of escalation for high profile fill rate opportunities or data concerns
What experience you need- Must have a Bachelor's degree (Technology and/or Data Analytics field preferred)
- Minimum 5-7 years of related Data Quality and/or Data Analysis experience.
- 4+ years of Project management experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite/Google Suite
- Thorough understanding of the enterprise applications and the ones the team utilizes
- High performance track record
- Must possess strong analytical thinking skills
- Consistent with Equifax's 3/2+2 flexible work framework, a willingness to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Equifax's Atlanta-based office
