Join our dynamic team as an Application Systems Analyst / Programmer, where you''ll play a key role in developing and maintaining critical Mainframe applications within the financial services sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and enhance Mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, DB2, SQL, JCL, and TSO to support financial processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement effective solutions.
  • Utilize COBOL code generators such as TELON to streamline development processes and improve code efficiency.
  • Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications.
  • Participate in system conversions and migrations, including Child Support Application development, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Maintain documentation of systems, processes, and technical specifications in accordance with best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience working with financial Mainframe applications.
  • Proficiency in COBOL, CICS, DB2, SQL, JCL, and TSO environments.
  • Experience with COBOL code generators like TELON.
  • Prior involvement in Child Support Application development and systems conversion projects is highly desirable.

Publishing Pay Range: $40.00 - $45.00 Hourly
