UX Researcher
6 months (contract-to-hire)
$65 - $68 per hour (W2 only)
Client is based in Atlanta. The position is remote, however, preference would be given who can often visit onsite
Must-to-Have:
- Minimum 5 years of direct UX Researcher experience.
- Hands-on experience with UX research platforms such as UserTesting, UserZoom, dscout, Maze, or PlaybookUX.
- Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research.
- Stakeholder management and research roadmap planning.
Research methods:
Qualitative interviews, usability testing, observational research, research synthesis, and the ability to interpret quantitative data.
The UX Researcher would:
- Understand user problems: Interview users to discover what they find difficult, confusing, or frustrating.
- Plan research: Work with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to decide which questions need answers.
- Conduct user research: Run interviews, usability tests, and other research activities using the required platforms.
- Analyze findings: Identify patterns in user behavior, feedback, and quantitative data.
- Present recommendations: Explain what users need and recommend changes to improve the product experience.
- Manage multiple projects: Coordinate research across different products, teams, or workstreams
